The fine print
All Black Week gift cards are valid for stays and experiences during the period 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. They can be used for hotel stays and restaurant visits at all hotels, and for packages and spa treatments at select hotels. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and they may be redeemed when booking online or by contacting the hotel directly via phone or email.
